Chairman Pfluger Commends President Trump's Decisive Strike That Obliterated Iran's Nuclear Ambitions

WASHINGTON D.C. –  Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman August Pfluger (TX-11) released the following statement after U.S. forces crushed Iran's nuclear capabilities thanks to President Trump's decisive leadership:

"President Trump made the correct decision ordering our brave Airmen to execute precision strikes overnight, obliterating Iranian nuclear facilities and delivering a devastating blow to the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism. As someone who has served over two decades in the Air Force, I commend the President and our skilled Airmen for this overwhelming success that vindicates the Republican Study Committee's years-long demand for maximum pressure. Obama empowered Iran, and Biden enabled its resurgence, but President Trump unleashed America's unmatched military might to accomplish what others couldn't. The world now sees that American strength is restored under decisive leadership. Iran must never possess a nuclear weapon."
