HEAT Leaders Slam Biden's New Restrictions on Offshore Drilling

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, RSC House Energy Action Team (HEAT) Chairman Rep. Troy Balderson (OH-12) and RSC Chairman August Pfluger (TX-11) released the following statement on the Biden Administration’s executive action to ban offshore drilling in hundreds of miles of federal waters:

“In its waning days, the Biden administration is taking sweeping action to restrict American energy production by unilaterally banning offshore drilling across a wide swath of federal waters. President Trump has pledged to reverse the disastrous Biden-Harris agenda and restore American energy dominance, which will lower costs for consumers and bolster global energy security.
