WASHINGTON, D.C. — Republican Study Committee Chairman August Pfluger (TX-11) authored a new op-ed in Fox News reflecting on the 24th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks and the evolving nature of terror threats facing America today. In the piece, Chairman Pfluger draws on his personal experience as a combat veteran, writing that the attacks "not only altered the course of my life, but also revealed the fight of our generation."
The op-ed also praises President Trump's counterterrorism leadership, noting that 272 jihadist terrorists have been eliminated globally since January 20th following the president's decision to rescind limits on counterterrorism strikes.
