RSC Chairman Pfluger Torches Democrats for Using Americans as “Leverage” to Advance Their Radical Agenda

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In Case You Missed It: Republican Study Committee Chairman (RSC) August Pfluger joined House Leadership’s Press Conference to call out the Democrats for shutting down the government and abandoning American servicemembers and struggling families. With paychecks frozen and critical services stalled, the Democrat Shutdown is approaching one month and Americans can't afford Democrats' political games any longer.

In his remarks, Chairman Pfluger pulled no punches: “I think we all know today‘s Democratic Party is not the party of JFK, who once famously said, ‘Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.’ Instead, Democrats under Schumer, Clark, and Mamdani are saying: ask not what you can do for your country, but WHO you can leverage for your radical agenda.”
