Statement from the Republican Study Committee on President Trump’s Joint Address to Congress

WASHINGTON DC - The Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman, Vice-Chair, and Task Force Chairs issued the following statements in response to President Trump's joint address to Congress:

"Tonight, President Trump delivered one of the most consequential addresses in the last two decades, reaffirming America's unwavering commitment to strength, security, and the renewal of the American Dream,” said RSC Chairman August Pfluger. "His doctrine of peace through strength has put our enemies on notice, while February's record-low illegal border crossings prove that when America has serious leadership in the White House, America gets results. The Republican Study Committee stands in complete lockstep with this administration as the legislative arm of the America First agenda in the House. As Chairman, I'm committed to cementing these victories into law, ensuring Golden Age for America isn't just a slogan—it's our promise to the American people."
