USTR Ambassador Greer Briefs RSC on President Trump’s Trade Agenda

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Study Committee (RSC) welcomed U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Ambassador Jamieson Greer for a wide-ranging discussion on President Trump’s trade agenda and its implications on American manufacturing, agriculture, and national security.

Ambassador Greer highlighted how the Trump Administration’s efforts to restore fairness in America’s trade relationships are strengthening domestic manufacturing and expanding economic opportunities for American workers and businesses. He pointed to increased wages and agricultural exports, as well as reductions in the agricultural trade deficit as indicators of progress under President Trump’s trade policies.

The RSC remains committed to helping President Trump deliver on his promise to bring manufacturing back home, create good-paying jobs for hardworking Americans, and spark new investment in American businesses.
