WASHINGTON – The Republican Study Committee (RSC) unanimously adopted official positions today in support of amendments before the Energy and Commerce Committee as it continues its markup of the American Health Care Act.

First, the RSC officially supports amendments offered by Reps. Joe Barton (R-Texas) and Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) to freeze new enrollment in Obamacare's Medicaid expansion at the enhanced federal medical percentage at the end of calendar 2017.
