Republicans in the House and Senate did not waver from their commitment to reopen the government for the American people and reject the radical wish list of Congressional Democrats.

Throughout the longest shutdown in American history, Republicans in the House and Senate remained unified in the commitment to reopen the government for the American people while rejecting the radical spending demands of Congressional Democrats. Today, that commitment prevailed.
